Summer Fun!!!

Scott and I went to the ZOO on Saturday. All I can say is HOT!!! Oh my, I couldn't believe how miserable it was. But on the other hand I got to spend the day with Scott and he bought me a soft served ice cream cone...YUMMY!!! We only got a pic of the red panda...we usually take a million pictures, but it was to hot to move!!!




After that we went to the summerfest parade with the Olsen's. It was fun, I don't particularly like the parade...but its fun to spend time with the fam. We stayed for the fireworks and once they started Tanis FREAKED!!! Apparently he is afraid of them. So We left a little early and tried to get him to the car before he had a heart attack!!!

Memorial Day Make-Over!!!

Yes, that's right I said Memorial Day...I'm a little behind. We were suppose to go camping, but the snow scared us away. So, we decided it was project time!! We redid our bedroom with new bedding and paint. By the way, I love downeast for stuff like this. And we repainted the kitchen but Scott won't let me post a pic because he hasn't painted the crown yet...he's funny!




We also decided to paint the nursery a total of three days after we found out it is a girl. And of course its pink. And until I know how I want to decorate it we put up my princess collections. Its a very happy room!!! Any ideas are welcome I still don't know exact colors or anything!!!

Who eats more sweets? Definatley me...but he is learning!!!
Who is taller? Um...Scott...by far!!! He is 6'3 and I am 5'6 (if I'm being generous)
Who can sing better? Probably Neither...he does this thing where he pretends like he knows the words but really just makes up his own...okay we both do it. But it's super funny!!!
Who is smarter? Scott!!! He knows everything about anything. It drives me crazy!!!
Who does the laundry? Scott, I'm not sure why...he just always has!!
Who pays the bills? Me!!! I could be imbezzeling all his money and he would never know! (that's not an anouncment)
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? Looking at the bed...me. I'm on the right side of everything, the dresser, closet, bathroom cabinet etc.
Who mows the lawn? Whoever, has time. Mostly Scott but I like to surprise him sometimes!!!
Who cooks dinner? Outback, Red Robin, Cafe Rio and me, unless it involves raw hamburger!!! Then Scott does!!!
Who drives? Mostly Scott, but sometimes I do. He still hasn't let me drive his new truck yet!!!
Who is more stubborn? Me, for sure...unless he thinks I'm being "a girl"
Who kissed who first? He kissed me on our second date cause he claims that he thought that was his only chance.
Who asked who out first? That's a hard question...technically he asked me but I "arranged" it with one of his friends. Hee, Hee!!!
Who proposed? He did. Best thing that ever happened to me!!!
Who has more siblings? I do...only by one. He has 5 and I have 6.
Who wears the pants? We are actually pretty good at making decisions together and including each other in everything. But if I had to pick one of us I would probably pick me...he would agree.

I love Scott so much and I am glad that he picked me. We have lots of fun together and I love hanging out with him. He is such a hard worker and so creative and impressive in so many ways. I love how much he loves me and I am so happy with our life together!!!

Bring on the PINK!!!

As most of you know I am an incredibly patient person...ha,ha,ha! So Scott and I went to one of those Fetal Fotos places to find out what we're having. And the results are in...ITS A PRINCESS!!! We had so much fun watching our little wiggle worm. She was all over the place...I think she was dancing! She flipped back and forth so we got all views of EVERYTHING. (She was not trying to be modest!!!) Towards the end, she got the hiccups and we watched her start getting mad. It was so awesome!!! It actually feels real now. I am baking a little ballerina!!! YEAH!!! P.S. All you dance moms that read my blog...don't tell your girls...I get to!!! We also got some other good news...I'm one more week ahead of where I thought I was. 15 weeks baby!!! Almost Done!!!

Strutt Your Mutt 2008

This is the funnest thing ever! For those of you that have dogs I would strongly recommend this summer activity. It's a charity walk for 'no more homeless pets' in Utah. We haven't been able to go the last 2 years because it fell on the same day as TDC auditions. But we got to go on Saturday and it was so much fun!!! I know we love our dog an abnormal amount...but look at him...he's the cutest!!!
