Happy Birthday ScoBay

Yup, its official...Scott is OLD!!! He doesn't like to talk about how old he is, but here is a clue...he just had his last birthday in his twenties!!! I love him so much. I'm so glad I married him and love him for how hard he works for our little family. I love you babe!!! Happy Birthday!!!

Mother's Day!!!

This was my first mother's day where I am actually going to be a mother!!! It was so nice to actually celebrate instead of reflect on what my life was missing. But not this time!!!! We had such a great day and I have such an amazing husband that made it so special. We both have such amazing moms and I have a lot to live up to!!! Scott gave me baby stuff (mostly for a boy cause the closet is full of pink stuff) and I got a crib for our nursery. I love it and can't wait to find out what we are having so I can redo the nursery. Oh, by the way...for "Mother's Day" Scott bought a new truck. We apparently need a four door truck for the baby so he was really just making a sacrifice!!! I 'll get a picture up later. He loves it and it makes him happy, so I'm happy. Plus, it will be nice to be able to keep my car so one of us can afford to gas up. Can you believe this crap??? It is so annoying!!! Anyway, happy mother's day to all...especially me!!!

Sniff, Sniff!!!

Our year has come to an end at dance and I feel totally devastated. I don't know if this extra emotion in coming from a pregnancy or because I was super attached to my dancers this year. On the last day of class I actually left the studio crying and it continued for about an hour after I got home. Poor Scott, he tries hard to understand me. Anyway, I guess this year is a little different because I am changing the team that I am teaching next year. I have been teaching Starburst for 6 years. They are the tiny boppers and are so fun to teach. Next year I am teaching Stars, they are the intermediate team and a little older than the other. I am excited to be teaching it...just a little sad to be leaving the Starburst babies behind!!! I had such a fun year and love everyone of them!!!! I hope in the future that I get to teach them all again. The last day of class we had a Pajama Party...and we took pictures. P.S. That is my assistant Mickelle...I don't know what I would do without her!!!

Bringing home our little Miracle!!

So, after waiting and waiting, and hoping and hoping, Scott's sister Kristin and her husband David finally got a call from the adoption agency that they had a little baby waiting for them. What an emotional experience this has been for our family. She is the sweetest, cutest, most spoiled baby and we are so excited to have her in our family. I can't imagine, having such a hard time getting our baby heremyself, to give it up and let some one else take your baby. We are so grateful that her birth mom was able to do this for Kristin and David. They are such good parents and I am so happy for them!!!

Hoppy Easter!!!

We had a fun Easter. I think it will be a better holiday when we have little kids to going hunting. But we did the usual and exchanged baskets got all dressed up and took pictures in our Sunday Best!!!

Las Vegas Baby!!!

I had a couple days off for Spring Break so Scott and I decided to cruise down to Vegas to see our cute little nieces and nephew. We had so much fun while we were down there. I love spending time with Tiffani and her family. It had been a while since I had seen the twins!!! They are getting so big. And we were able to go to Cameron's T-Ball game. He was so fun to watch and I love that at the end he was so tired that he laid down in the outfield. He is such a Sweet Heart!!! We went to the Belagio to get gellato and to the Mandalay Bay to see the shark reef. I definatley got lucky in the in-law department!!! We had so much fun and it was good to get away!!!!

Building the Deck

So, after putting it off for two years now...we finally had to replace our deck. Scott ripped it out and he and my dad poured concrete. I was so impressed watching Scott act like he knew what he was doing. We (and by 'we' I mean Scott) made it a lot bigger and we LOVE it. We are still in the process of doing a white vinyl railing. And since Tanis went jumping off it the other day I think it will get done sooner than later!!!
