We wish you a Merry Christmas...

Scott told me I couldn't wake up earlier than 7:ooam. And sure enough that is the exact time we woke up Christmas morning.

On Christmas Eve we went to Magelby's Fresh for a french toast breakfast.

Then we went Snowboarding at Snowbird just the two of us.

I had a little trouble getting back into the swing of things.

We had so much fun. And Scott looks super cute all geared up!!!

We came home and went to Outback for dinner and made sugar cookies. I didn't know the recipie made 45 cookies. OOPS...the new years diet will start when they're gone!!!

Christmas at the Olsen's

Every year since I can remember we have gone to the Old Speghetti Factory and to temple square to go on a carriage ride. It is such a great tradition.

This is my newest nephew on the olsen side. Wyatt is one of the cutest little boys I have ever met.

We always exchange sibling gifts, but now we envolve all these boys we married!!! We had Gen and Cory this year!!!

Bri gave me this awesome clock that she MADE!!! I think she should change her name to Martha Stewart!!!

It was so fun to have little kids around again. Wyatt got excited about EVERYTHING he opened and then lost interest 3 seconds later.

Alyssa was hilarious and at such a fun age. When asked what she wanted for Christmas she would say "a blue sucker". Now that is innocence!!!

Christmas at the Bayles'

The Bayles family has a tradition of acting out the Nativity while Grandad reads the story from the scriptures. It's a fun way to remember the true meaning of Christmas.
Mary and Joseph (Camden and Lily)

I'm sure this is what it actually looked like.

The Polar Express

Beth and Scott

Mom and Dad

Gen and Cory

Bri, Paul, Alyssa and Wyatt

Alexis

Skylar and Jaxon

The whole Olsen family went the the Polar Express a few days before Christmas. It was so much fun. We got to eat hot chocolate and cookies, sing Christmas songs, visit the north pole and see Santa. What a fun family tradition. It was awesome that every single one of us could make it.

Happy Birthday to You

Tanis is now 5 years old. He was born 5 days after Scott and I went on our first date and we have had him ever since. He is so much fun and definatley fills the void of no kids. Happy happy birthday to him!!!

Joy to the World

Okay, Thanksgiving weekend I FINALLY broke down and we bought an XBOX 360. I've been delaying it as long as I could because I don't believe a video game system should cost that much. But Scott and I played Halo 1 and 2 so much we could beat it easily on legendary. So we figured it was time for Halo 3. Girls that are rolling your eyes right now...don't knock it till you try it. We have so much fun and I always like to see Scott excited!!!

Deck the Halls

Our Christmas season has already been so eventful. But I have been horrible at taking pictures. I'll do better I promise. Earlier this month we have been to the Christmas Carol at Hale Center Theater, The Dance Club Christmas Concert (although that was more stressful than fun), Christmas Light Looking, and Tons and Tons of Christmas Shopping. Last week we went to Beth's High School Party with some of her friends from way back when. It was so good to see everyone and she hates herslf for not getting any pictures. Tonight we went to the Olsen's to make gingerbread houses. Me and Scott both wanted to be the supervisor, so it got a little heated. But they all turned out so cute and we had so much fun spending time as a family. Christmas is AWESOME!!!

Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!

Finally, we have a yard full of snow!!! We have been waiting and waiting. When we got home from work we stayed outside and played for about an hour!!! We rode around the block on the four wheeler and had a snow ball fight. Tanis absolutely LOVES the snow!!!
